This page sets out how Costume Crush works and what it does not do. It is written to be understandable rather than exhaustive, and it is not legal advice.
What Costume Crush is
Costume Crush is a discovery and referral tool. It helps you find costumes and, when retailer integrations are active, sends you to a retailer to buy one. It is not a shop.
We do not sell, stock or ship
Costume Crush does not sell costumes, hold inventory, take payment, pack parcels or arrange delivery. Any purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, under that retailer's own terms, returns policy and customer service.
Prices, sizes, stock and delivery
Product information shown in Costume Crush originates with retailers and can change at any time — sometimes within hours. Always confirm price, size, availability and delivery on the retailer's own product page before you buy.
We make no guarantee that any item will arrive by any particular date, including Halloween. Where we cannot verify something, the product is designed to say so rather than print a confident figure: "check current price", "confirm size at retailer", "delivery timing needs confirmation".
Recommendations are suggestions
Our recommendations are automated suggestions based on what you tell us and how you react. They are not advice about fit, quality, safety or suitability for any particular person, child or animal. Use your judgement, and check the retailer's own sizing and safety information.
Trademarks and product names
Costume, character, brand and retailer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Costume Crush is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any retailer or brand unless we say so explicitly on this site.
Availability of the site
This site is provided as it is, without warranties. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of it. We are not liable for losses arising from a purchase you make at a retailer, or from information that has changed at the retailer since we last read it.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape, resell or systematically copy this site, attempt to break it, or use it to mislead anyone.
